Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Stuelp told attorneys on Wednesday that Activision notified the court of a settlement reached over a lawsuit aimed at blocking the release of "Brutal Legend". I think its ridiculous how activision seemed to want nothing to do with the game until they thought they could get some money from it. Screw those dudes... Unless you're hiring ;)
