Skype is NOT a "telecom provider"..............PERIOD! They aren't governed by the same laws so PISS OFF COURT SYSTEM!

The only way that Skype should be forced is if there is a killer, rapist or super nasty mofo out there and Skype's data will help catch the perp...otherwise, F off!
