Google has announced today that Nexus One owners will be receiving an over-the-air update for their smartphones this week, one that adds a number of features, the most prominent being multi-touch support. Its seems to be very responsive and fast. I think i need to get a hold of that phone. Seems very snappy and not lacking like the iphone does.

I cant speak for the nexus, but i can for the HTC Hero, and folks, its awsome. More apps then you can think of. Hell I just downloaded an app to help tune my guitar. Google maps is a breeze on it. Although........... This peticullar version of the maps isnt yet available for the hero. Soon though I'm told. I can't wait.
But defininatly 2 thumbs up from what the Hero percpective.
