PreCentral has compared the older Palm Pre smartphone with the new Palm Pre Plus and it appears that the new handset, which features double the RAM and storage space, can run up to 50 apps simultaneously, whereas the original starts to hurt at around 13. [ read the full article ]

13 apps is still about 2x more apps that the Moto Droid. Who needs 50 apps anyway?
