Wayne Shu was indicted by a federal grand jury for selling counterfeit copies of software made by Redmond-based software giant Microsoft Corp. The 44-year old Battle Ground, Washington man has been selling the illicit goods over the Internet for no less than 10 years. Anyone who would screw with Microsoft (of ALL companies lol)and *then* ignore multiple cease and desist orders, deserves what he gets.

I agree that is idiots like this that hurt others that just want to enjoy a few movies,apps or music tracks.

technically isn't this the same thing Microsoft did to that little company who had xml patents? yet you don't see anyone at microsoft facing jail time and they have sold hundreds of millions of copies of microsoft office that was infringing someone else's patents. seems to be that the punishments for these crimes are completely disproportionate for the little guy vs a huge multimillion corporation. the big dogs get a slap on the wrist while the little guy gets the book thrown at him. why would he stop selling his merchandise with microsoft sending him cease and desist letters? microsoft doesn't stop their illegal activities of copyright infringements until they are dragged into court and even then they shrug it off considering millions in fines are nothing to a corporation like them.

You dont even know who they are or what happened they pleded guilty it doesnt mean they did it!
