Wonder how many they would have sold if it wasnt for these retarded OEM manufacturers

Are u saing people are buying more computers now because of Windows 7?

Windows 7 is great, had a good press and support all around...
Vista wasnt good, and everyone knew, so if u pay for it anyways(besides the people buying new PCs) is ur own fault!
even vista is a much stable with new upgrades and tweeks...
No.. What I am saying is i wonder how many they would have sold if it wasnt for these retarded OEM manufacturers. A lot of felt disappointed and ripped off after Vista and are cautious about 7. Thats all I am saying. I use 7 and like it.

A couple years ago my kid got a new lsptop with Vista, and quickly "upgraded" it to good old WinXP.

At the office, we built up one of our computers with Windows 7 and we were happy with it. Meanwhile, my IT super is big on Apple MAC. At the last round of new machines, we would have gotten MACs, but the proprietary business software we use has to have Windows.

At home, I am due for a computer rebuild / upgrade. I had decided that my next one would be a MAC, but after reading some AfterDawn articles about Apple and IPhone, I'm beginning to think that like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs is getting a little too big for his britches. So my next home computer rebuild is going to be Ubuntu Linux: I already have it on a laptop and I love it.
