My burner freezes in the middle of burning discs, this also happens when I try to burn dvd's. I believed it to be a function of the burner, so I replaced my Sony with a LightScribe. This was to no avail. I need help fixing this issue as I am not sure why it is doing this. BTW, all other computer functions are not interrupted by this happening, it is as if the burner simply vanished from the computer. The drawer wont open and the burner continues to run although it is unresponsive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
