CD audio recording stopped without TOC

I was recording the audio at an event when the power to the CD recorder was cut.

As a result no TOC data was stored for the audio, and so nothing I have tried will read any data on the disc at all.

I tried to use Nero to recover the data, but couldn't figure out how.

Is there an easy way to create the TOC, or otherwise recover the recording?
