DataCD not showing contents

first of all hello to all,

my problem is that i got an Data CD when i insert it into ROM it shows nothing, 0 Bytes Used and 0 Bytes Free (not even shows 700MB free or something like that),

but someone gives me that CD and i cant contact him because of some personal problem. but i tried some s...oftwares like ISOBuster, CDRoller it shows the cd contents :o but when i try to recover them it shows error (the cd is new with no scratches??)

some says it is encrypted if its encrypted then i want to decrypt it..any solutions?
