Control video on TV with PC

I'm looking for a player that will let me control video on TV with interface on the PC.

I know it sounds stupid but the video going out of a touchscreen HP via HDMI.

and on the touchscreen a simple "play","back","forward","stop" and mabey even a slider.

Anyone know a player that will allow this ?

Tried VLC, mediaplayer classic.
