Well all i can say is that this helped me and that putting that f22 thing on the end didnt help.
So what i did is turn hardware acceleration off in the flash settings.
How to do this:
1. have a hd youtube video on pause
2. right click on the video and click 'settings...'
3. click on the tab on the bottom left hand side. The furthest left. the one with the paint brush.
4. untick 'Enable hardware acceleration'
5. then close the dialog and play!
