Whattup Afterdawn,

Quick question since this is annoying and I can't figure out a workaround. I do VERY basic video stuff. I have a Kodak Zi8 hand-held video cam. I usually shoot in 720P (normal, not the 60 FPS setting). The movies are in the .mov format when I copy them over to my computer. Sometimes I need to combine clips before uploading them to YouTube. To do that, I use PowerDirector 9. I just drop all the clips into it, one after the other, and then produce it. However, the produced video always has a delay with the sound. Someone will be talking and the sound will be one or two seconds behind the movement of their mouth. How do I fix this?

I'm running off a netbook basically, a powerful one by netbook standards (I'm using the HP DM1z) but yea, still a netbook. Is that the issue? My hardware just isn't up to video production? Or am I not using PowerDirector 9 correctly? Is there a better program to combine the clips? Again, what I want to do is SUPER simple, no fancy editing or anything, just combining multiple clips into one, with no sound delays, then upload to YouTube.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
