I have some files with AVC video, AC-3 audio in .mkv containers. These play fine with MPC, but when I use AviDemux to convert the audio to aac and put it into an mp4 container to be played on my xbox 360 the audio is out of sync on playback with MPC (it plays fine on the xbox), this seems to only be a problem with MPC, quicktime and WMP both run the files fine.

Anyone know what the problem is?
