One sharp line repeatedly goes up the screen whenever there's motion in the movie. She's tried another TV, outlet, and s-video cord, but no luck. This didn't happen on an old computer that had XP, this one has Vista. I wonder if anyone has any idea how to remedy this? btw, this only happens when the movement is sideways on the screen, not with the motion coming at you.
