Hey all, not really too sure if this is the place to post it but I can't seem to find anywhere better so here it goes.

I accidentally deleted a whole load of my .avi files, and I only found about half of them in my recycle bin. I searched my computer and couldn't find the rest so I ran a scan with "File Recover" program which turned up what I am hoping are my lost files. When I recovered them, they are now tagged with a ".frd" tag. The file name looks as such:

Deleted avi movie 31.avi.frd

I have no idea what to do with this file and nothing i look up seems to yield any results. Any type of help would be much appreciated.
