Ripped DVD menus won't work after shrinking?

I ripped several DVDs with Any Dvd and those files will play fine using Power DVD with the menus working. But after shrinking the ripped DVDs using Clone DVD2, I click on the IFO files using Power DVD and it displays an error saying something about the data format is not recognized. The VOB files will play fine but the menus in the shrink-ed DVDs will not function. Also, does anyone think this problem is unique to Power Dvd and will not occur on a DVD player or is there a problem with the way Clone DVD2 processed the ripped Dvd files?

After the DVD is ripped, I would use DVD Shrink to transcode.
I haven't run in to any problems with it losing menu's.
