Hello all!

I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about recording an audio commentary on a movie. Keeping things in sync with the film is very important for my purposes (recording an iRiff for Mike Nelson's RiffTrax site) so recording in Audacity or Goldwave all in one go could be very frustrating. I'd really like a piece of software that would allow me to watch the video and record along with it. Basically, it should just record from wherever I am in the video. Such a program should also be able to export the audio in .mp3 format, because I don't want it permanantly encoded into the video. Basically, I just need a program that will allow me to dub audio live along with the playback of a video.

I have Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere... is there a way to do what I'm describing in either program?
