AutoGK is good.
Open the .IFO associated with the main Title (often VTS_01_0.IFO)
Select an output path;set the quality;Add Job (you can do a batch of DVD's if required; and 'Start'

autogk is good but i really like staxrip. it's especially good if you are new to encoding because it explains the process as you go through it the first time. a lot of people swear by autogk, but staxrip is a good alternative if you want to try something else, though you'll need dotnet framework to run it.
