Hi all,
I have had 5 WMV files that i needed to convert to divx or xvid, 4 of them worked without any problems, but the 5th i'm having trouble with.
As soon as i click the start convert button it says complete before it even starts.
I have tried using Active FLV converter and Bigasoft MKV converter as these are my programs that have not failed me in the past.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Is the problematic file protected(DRM?)
Download MediaInfo and post the information about the file.

Many many thanks, worked a treat :D
You're welcome...whatever software you have, "paid" for, obviously are worthless...FREE is the way to go!
