Are these enough to play 720p BRRIPS on PC?:
1: 2.00GHz Intel Celeron (P4)
2: 256MB NVIDIA GEFORCE 7300 LE
3: 1.0GB of RAM
4: 15.6'' Compaq Presario CQ1569
5: Windows XP SP2
6: VLC Media Player

It's possible you will get some HW acceleration by using DXVA and
Media Player Classic - Home Cinema. (MPC-HC)
