Bad RESCUED .VOB converting problem

So I recovered/recued a whole dvd folder from the bad dvd disc by using Dvd X Rescue.
Then I tried to convert the VOB file to .MKV by using Wondershare DVD Ripper Platinum.. The process went smooth but having problem when it reached 83%, the wondershare crashed due to bad VOB (I think, dunno if .IFO or other files caused it).

I already tried to re-author it using DVD Shrink but still got the problem. Also tried demux and remux using VOBedit after re-authored and then convert it to .MKV but also failed on 83%.

Please can someone help me. I think the problem here is the bad .VOB that caused wondershare to crash during the converting process. Any idea to fix this problem? Any help will be appeciated.
