Mini-dvd disc can't be read on pc?

I don't remember what I did with this disc if i finalized it or not but it can only be read or play on the video camera device and on my blu-ray player. I tried many pc dvd-rom and it doesn't detect or read it.

Sometime when the pc tries to read the disc, it said the disc is 100% unused and other time it said "corrupted file/disc structure".

So how do I get my video data if it pc dvd-rom is unable to read the disc?
