MKV to Blu Ray convertion and burn

Hi guys, i have used tsMuxer with Imageburn and Handbrake also for converting .mkv files to Blu Ray and burn but just "ONES" i got lucky, other ones filed(20 times).
Can somene give me a tip how to do it and what to do?
Or maybe you know better way to do it? I tried Xilisoft imToo Blu Ray Creator 2 but it takes 2 hour just for creating title vs tsMuxer 5 min.
Any help?
