I did a copy of the movie Why did I get married too with Ripit4me,dvdshrink and dvd decrypter which went well. I try to play it in my blue ray player and it says "loading" and does not start. I re-copied it through dvdFab8, dvdshrink and dvd decrypter and all went well. But, I still can't get it to play in either my blue-ray player or one that is years old. I see that there is a file created but will not read. Any help certainly appreciated.

I just tried playing it on my pc, and it works fine.

Just to be clear, it created an empty 'AUDIO_TS' folder and a 'VIDEO_TS' folder that contains .IFO .BUP and .VOB files?

I just checked and it created both folders, but the AUDIO_TS folder is empty. The VIDEO_TS has files in there.

Download and run ImgBurn.
Write Files/folders to disc and select the VIDEO_TS folder.

Before burning, click 'Tools' > 'Drive' > 'Check for firmware updates..'

If the firmware is up to date, insert a disk and burn the disk at a moderate speed.

If the burn fails or the disk doesn't play in the standalone, look under 'Help' > 'ImgBurn logs' and post the log here.

I also have a similar problem. Interestingly I tried MPEG Corrector, and VCD Gear none of which fix the problem. VLC refuses to play the file and stops after a few seconds, but WMP plays the file, even though it initially shows a wrong length. But clicking on the seek bar plays the rest of the file correctly.

I tried to copy the streams to a different container (this was in MPG) I tried into an AVI but AVIDemux copies only the video stream, the audio stream is not getting copied. Does any one have any ideas how to fix this ?

Thanks in advance

I found a solution to my problem. I opened DVD SHRINK and found the movie folder on my hard drive. Let dvd shrink do the backup. Then DVD DECRYPTER opened up and I did the copy onto a blank disk. Strangely enough it worked this time. I can't explain how the first time it would not work, and the next time it did. Maybe some movies are a hit and miss the odd time. I would suggest you maybe try doing yours again.
