Hi there.

Long time problem I need help with please. I have captured footage from my Nintendo Wii at 480p (720x480) using a Hauppauge HD PVR & recorded files in M2TS. To edit & render the videos I am using Cyberlink Power Director 8. Now the problem is that even though the Source footage is progressive and is detected as progressive, when rendered & played back the video shows signs of interlacing? When it comes to settings to render the video I keep the resolution at 720x480 & save it as a M2TS file so it should stay the same. I have saved it as many other types of files e.g Avi, Mpeg, WMV but none have worked. Any help on the matter is much appreciated.

I suggest that you post at the Videohelp site and if possible a link to a small clip of the problem video.
