I have a q9550 @4Ghz and a 4870 so the problem isnt the hardware. When watching HD video on my 23" acer 1080p monitor or 32" sony 720p tv, Im getting screen tearing in VLC player, WMP, and Zoom. are there any CCC options I can use to fix this? like a force V-sync option with the media players?

I tried a codec update and media player classic and it got rid of it on my monitor but Im still getting it on my 720p sony Vierra tv through HDMI
thanks
