I have copied several of my dvd's to my HD using DVDSmith and most of them playback using my Sonic CinePlayer. Hah! One of them even told me that "This Disk Is Not Formatted For This Region"

Yet, I can plan various sections independently. Still don't know how to get around this problemm yet.

Anyway, now that I have some copied to the HD - when I go into "ANY DVD CLONE" it does not give me any options to burn my DVD from the HD

Suggestions please

1. Are you taking about ANYDVD or Clone DVD, or a third product that I am not familiar with?

2. ANYDVD doesn't have a burning facility.

3. CloneDVD has a "Write Existing data" selection.

4. There is a product called ANY DVD Cloner. Are you perhaps talking about that?

This programs sounds and smells a lot like this program ~ http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/92001 i'd personally keep clear and stick to reputable programs such as DVD Shrink, DVDFab, AnyDVD/CloneDVD.

Thanks for the tips, folks. Maybe if I were not such a NEWBY, I wouldn't make such errors.

CREAKY: Where would you suggest that I had posted such a question?

Also, If I'd known what was and what wasn't a "reputable" application - we wouldn't be having forums to HELP us all

again, Thanks

We're all newbies at something or other, that's my motto anyways.

This forum's fine for this question i think.

An absolutely proper question for this forum.

Once we figured out what application it was.
