I am having a hard time backing up "the new moon"

I am using anydvd and dvd drink and or anydvd and clonedvd and it wont let me make a backup copy of it

it says "scheduler o E:/video_ts/vts_11_1.vob:23" error Tcsectorreader tce" when it stops

any help would be super
