Can't Make Backup Copy Of A Music Videos DVD

Hello everyone,

I don't know if this goes in the newbie or advanced section so I'll aplolgize in advance. I'm trying to make a backup copy of a music videos dvd (Janet Jackson From Janet To Damita Jo: The Videos), but I haven't been able to do it for over 2 years. It's teh only dvd that I can't copy. I've tried anydvd, dvd shrink, dvd decrypter, dvdfab, dvdfab passkey and ripit4me much to no avail. I've also used several different dvd burners with no luck. What can I do to make a backup copy of this dvd?
