I realize this has been discussed more than once. I have a unique situation maybe someone might be able to help. I always use the same media, that is verbatim dvd+rdl. I have had several successful burns, but at least 1/3 of em get stuck writing lead in. This is the only errors I ever get. I have tried multiple burners, multiple stacks of verbatims, swapped power supply for beefier one, unplugged all non crucial peripherals, all current firmware for both burners. I've reinstalled imgburn a couple times. Reinstalled disc drives and drivers. Tried different ide and sata connections. What do you think is causing such a low success rate? Why do the drives lock out when writing lead in fails?
This is the log.

You Could Try Setting Your Burn Speed To 2.4x In Imgburn

You Have A Miscompare.
