Using WinTV to rip Laser Discs

I'm looking for an all encompassing software solution to help with the following.

1. I rip from old video sources using the Hauppauge WinTv-HVR-1250
2. I capture digital video from my Panasonic MiniDV camera via Firewire

I would like to be able to chose to do one of the following for all of this video.

1. Burn to a DVD
2. Transfer the Video to my Tivo
3. Make it viewable by my xBox360.

What I don't want to have to do is run the files through various converters. For instance the WinTV native format is a .ts file which windows media can't view but from what I can tell its a superior format to converting to mpg.

Can anyone recommend please? I'm willing to pay for software that I can learn and possibly do some editing of.
