hi , i dont like snipping tool and i cant remebr the old program i use to use, it was a simple as snipping tool but it used a pen tool, then if i held shit it made a perfect shape to capture wat i wanted on the screen does anybody know what tool/program im talking about?
I can barely understand the above posts, the only program i know of is MS Paint, but to be perfectly honest the snipping tool is excellent, one of the easiest programs i've used

yeah but i know theres a program like it where u can use it but it stays at the bottom of right corner of the screen. then u can hold shift to get perfect rectangle shapes instead of drawin it.
