I am looking textbooks and required reading material
for uni students (AUS) in ebook form.
Any site suggestions would be most appreciated

Kickasstorrents also has a book section, I have only ever downloaded a manual from there but you may get what you are looking for.

bitsoup.org is a good one that I have used for a couple of years
You should try it
demonoid.me and btjunkie.org are also good and reliable but demonoid and bitsoup require registration.
