when i burn movies on to a cd they only play on the computer, how can i burn them to play in a dvd player. the movies are what I downloaded from the internet

we are gonna need a little more info than that if you want our help. what format are the movies in, what program are you burning them with...etc.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

sounds like your copying them in the wrong format.

custom built gaming pc from early 2010,ps2 with 15 games all original,ps3 500gbs with 5 games all original,yamaha amp and 5.1channel surround sound speakers,46inch sony lcd smart tv.

Sounds like you're burning a .AVI movie, Which wont play on a regular dvd player. A Divx dvd player will play xvid avi movies. Or convert your .avi file into a dvd. People seem to like convertXtodvd for that.

he could be burning them in avi,divx,mp4,wmv and im sure theres other media type files.until he posts again we cant really be sure.
