I just purchased an myform2 video communication webcam and mic with AMCap software. After installing all drivers and setting it up according to the directions. It was working for awhile but when I went to use it to make a video call on FB I received an error message stating that it cannot filter at this time. Since then I have not been able to get the program to work. I have tried reinstalling and nothing works. I am hoping someone will have some input on how to fix this. Thanks
