Ok...if anyone is familiar with Chatango, I'd love to know how to do this:

Chatango is a chat site 
www.chatango.com
. It's a simple flash program.

If a certain percentage of people "flag" someone, they get kicked out.

I want to know how to flag someone out by myself. Opening new tabs doesn't work. I'm thinking that if I can somehow have a different IP with each browser open, that would work. But I don't know how to go about that.

Feel free to ask questions. I know I didn't explain it enough.
