I am considering the purchase of a new modem, and my isp offers Fritzbox!7140.

For health reasons I avoid radiation in my house, and thus do not want wireless. I read that Fritz!box supports both wired and wireless connections, and that i can disable wireless, and that it can cut down on radiation and power consumption when not used.

My question is: when i disable wireless, will there be no radiation or will it still simply broadcast, and just dont accept connections or something like that?
