I own a small business with a few employees. I also have a few that come in at night and clean/check emails and get packages ready for shipping, etc. I am under the impression that there is a lot of messing around going on after hours and not a lot of work going on but don't have a good way to prove it.

At work, we have 2 Apple notebooks and at home I have a couple PC's. I was wanting to find a way for me to get remote access to one of my Apples from home to watch/record on its webcam what is going on while I am away.
Obviously the major obstacle I see is that one of my employees will be working on the laptop while i am watching and he can't know. He also knows a little about computers so it would need to be pretty stealth. What kind of program can I use to make this happen.

And yes, I have thought about getting a security system, but that would be a lot more money than this and I don't have the option right now.

Please help.
