how do i make a backup copy??

It can't be done. Alcohol 120% claims it can but it can't. Plus no burner can right back the correct bit patterns back to the disc so no true 1:1 copy can be made.

Of course, Daemon tools might be able to help; but only with an image of the disk.

but there must be a way to make a backed up copy work?
