Need help fixing my old XBox's hard drive.

Hello everybody!

Here's my problem. Today I was thinking about playing on my old soft modded Xbox 1 (not ONE, not 360) only to find the HDD had been wiped. I was wondering if there's any way to go about getting the Xbox to a bootable state. I don't think I have a backup of the eeprom anywhere which is frustrating.
