Hi. I have a question about proxies. If someone wanted to use a free secure https proxy with an ip from Canada, does anyone know how to find a good one and set it up? There are a lot of good webproxies but they don't seem to work for program settings, like if a program is looking for the address and port settings? Any other additional useful info please?
