Record Streaming Video via Media Player Classic ?

Hi there,

I apologize if there's a more specific forum, I'm new to this site.

I'm trying to capture streaming videos (available in Real Media or Flash format). I can't use DownloadHelper or any other add ons as the website doesn't seem to be supported and the video plays in a new window that doesn't allow me to download it. I can however, stream the video through my desktop Media Player CLassic (when I play it in RM format). Is there a program that will capture the video and sound for me? Thanks ahead for any suggestions.
