Does anyone here work/have worked for Sears or know someone that does/did? How much can you haggle over large appliance prices? Can salesmen give any discounts off the listed price as an incentive for buyers to purchase?

About how much do they discount their appliances for when it goes on sale? I currently see a 15% off and a buy more save more where you can get 20% off if you buy 4 large appliances.

Do they ever just give a straight 20% off large appliances or is that something of a Black Friday discount?
