I have sort of a weird question. If I sleep for 16 hours straight does that mean I can stay up for 32 hours straight. A follow up question would be is this healthy?

i slept for 11hours 2 days ago and right now ive been up for 31hours.it all depends on your body type.its probably not healthy to sleep for 16 hours.i think 8-12hours sleep is recommended.Am i insane for staying up for 31 hours?????
