Any Device available to support LCD tv's

I am wondering if there is a device available to help view a ps2 on an lcd tv an have it not look so bad. What I want to do is basically be able to upconvert the signal out of my PS2 so I can play it on my LCD tv's. I have a 720p tv and a 1080p tv and I am aware that the signal can never be upped to those levels but I just want it to look normal with my tv's. Does such a device exist or is there a workaround for such a thing? There are several old Playstation 2 games I would love to play again but if my only option is to put up with the terrible look on my flat screens then I guess I am out of luck. Thanks for any advice in advance. By the way, I have a 360,Wii, and PS3 and no my ps3 isn't backwards compatible. Just want decent look on screen.
