ARMAX not reading USB Drive

What type of USB Flash drive do I need in order to get my exploit files onto my memory card... I have tried and used FAT, and FAT 32 formatted USB Flash Drives...

My main objective is to play games from my hard drive, and to save games from the internet and play them on my hard drive as well, any good Tutorials that is idiot proof.. Thanks!!
