Can i transfer my other lens to my modded ps2?

I got 2 new ps2's one is scph 30001 and the other is scph 50001 (both not yet modded)

I also got a v7 ps2 39001 (modded) that cant read DVD's anymore but CD's works fine... What i want to know is, can i just transfer the lens of my (unmodded ps2's) to my modded ps2? without any twicking of the lens? Adjusting the pots for example? I'll try to transfer 1st the lens of my (30001 ps2) and then if its not compatible ill try the lens of my (50001 ps2)

There is no one here in my town that modifies ps2 anymore so i think thats my only choice to play (back-up games and other burn dvd's to my modded ps2)

Please guide me i dont want to mess up! Thanks in Advance!
