Codebreaker 9.2 and 10 not working on SCPH-70004? :(

Hi!

So, I have tried to boot both CB 9.2 and 10 from my MC, and I tried one from a burned DVD, and none of them worked. :(

When booting CB10 from MC & DVD, the screen goes black for a few secs, and then my screen says No Sync, as if my PS2 was not turned on. The 9.2 just stays at the black screen. I got the 9.2 from here on the forums.

I have a Slimline PAL SCPH-70004 with a Crystal Chip. Could anyone tell me what causes this problem? Thanks!

Edit: I just tried running both the DVD and the ELF's on PcSx2 Emu, and they both run fine. I use the SCPH-70004 PAL BIOS, so what is causing my PS2 not to work with it?
