Converting Action Replay Codes...Is It Possible?

I was curious if it is possible to take say, a European AR Max code, and convert it to a US system/game on my PS2. Granted I'm new to the whole Action Replay scene, even though it has been around for a long time. Is there a thread here that explains how, and if not how can I possibly do it?


Thanks in advance, it's been nagging me for about a day now, and I have not been able to pull up diddly on the 'net while searching for an answer.

as far as i know you cant pal game codes are for there serial numbers
