hey guys im new to the homebrew area and recently got a swap magic 3.8 (pal) and i was trying to install boot.elf so i could allow homebrew applications

but here is my problem
i turn everything on and it loads up fine on its menu and when i select the boot.elf and press O a black screen appears and then nothing.

i know that freemcboot should run but it does not and i don't know why

im using a scph-50003 model
Swapmagic plus coder 3.8
kingston usb stick
uLaunchELF v4.41
and free mcboot
